Here is a recent job of ours, which involved the transformation of a master en-suite shower room and a downstairs shower room. We removed the existing tiles and suite from both rooms, then altered any necessary pipework to suit the new suite. In the master en-suite we moved an existing stud wall further back in the shower area to allow for more space to fit a larger tray in.
The new, bigger tray was then fitted and the shower area tanked using a waterproof tanking kit. We then built a small shelf into the wall in the shower area to house shower gels etc.
All walls were then tiled using a 3D effect tile, with a long wood effect tile being used on the floor.
Once the tiling was completed, the rest of the new suite was fitted.
