Sometimes, the smaller the room, the more difficult. And this one was exactly that. Upon rip out, we encountered things that could not have been foreseen, but after some alterations, we just about ended up where we wanted to be.
Given the size of the room, we were always up against it, but on completion we were over the moon with the end result, as it felt like the room had doubled in size. Sometimes, a little bit of vision, can go a long way.
